Dev Update 1.12: Story Voice Over

Finally I've found some time to update the game. It's quite some time ago since the last time but had to try out those available free TTS services. I had several voice types and characters available and the result is just as expected.

I'm also considering to invest some more time into TTS as it seems pretty usefull for a lot of projects including game development.
